Click Start / Search / Advance Search.
Check the box to Include non-indexed, hidden and system files.
In the name field type "WindowsMail.MSMessageStore" and click the
search button.
It should show two copies. Delete both of them and re-open WinMail.
The problem e-mail should be gone.
This fix should be tried before using that method:
Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a computer
that is running Windows Vista http://support.microsoft.com/kb/941090
It also works on other folders.
