deleting add-ons and uninstall

Please tell me how to delete default add-ons tool bars that kept poping up
and making themselves my my main seach page. Also how to you remove program
that will not let you use the add remove program feature in the control
panel. I don't have the program's uninstall so I cant get rid of it our of
the conrol panel at all

You are the victim of a hijacker. I don't have the links, but try doing
a search for hijack and see if you find one that fits.

As for the un-install issue, I suggest ccleaner.
http://www.ccleaner.com/ That will handle most of them.

My search tool bar runs from a directory on your c drive just run a search
for all files and folders on "my" then just delete the directory.

Also do the same sort of thing the the registery just to make sure you
delete it all.

There maybe a easier way but thats how i always clean it off.
