I seem to have 2 networks one under MSHome and the other under Workgroup How
can I delete one and combine the other one with it. Or delete both of them
and start all over again.

Those are workgroup names, not separate networks. A Windows network
can have any number of workgroups, and computers in any workgroup can
access computers in any other workgroup.

Check the workgroup name assigned to each computer. It isn't strictly
necessary, but using the same name on all computers can make
networking a little easier. If no computers are assigned to a
workgroup, the workgroup will eventually disappear from My Network
Places. There's no explicit way to remove it.
