Deleting a Picture in Newly Created Word Document

I pasted a web page onto a new Word documentby holding
down the Cntrl key and Print Screen Button. I dropped
the picture of the page into a new Word Document. Now
every time I want to create a new Word Document this
picture of the page I previousely saved pops in and I
cannot permanently delete this picture.

Anybody have any ideas?
