You may need to do a couple of different things. The first is that you can
go to Start->Run and type in msconfig. Go to the startup tab and examine the
list of items that start up when you boot your system. You may find some
spyware executables in that list and you'll want to decheck their boxes so
that they can't start up. Then, reboot and try to delete them. If that
doesn't work, you may be able to delete them through the command prompt by
going to Start->Run and typing in cmd. If you know how to use DOS commands,
you can move to the directory where you know the file to be and then try to
delete it manually from there. I've used both of these methods to remove
various "undeletable" files for others, and they seem to work well.
If you are at all unsure about using either of the above methods, though, I
recommend waiting until one of the many knowledgable folks out there drop by
to give you some further advice.

I cannot delete spyware files (some). I get a message saying cannot
delete file (file name): access denied
Make sure the disk is not full or write protected and that the file is not
currently in use. I need to get rid of these files. I have spyhunter and
it remove most but some are still there.
