Deleting a briefcase

I created one of these things not realizing what it was really for and now
I'd like to get rid of it, but I don't have permission? I'm the only account
on this computer, how can I not have permission to delete something I
created? Can anyone tell me how to get rid of the briefcase? Many thanks...
