deleteing photo edge

plz help me to write c#.net code to delete photo white border basicaly i dont have any idea about this image processing.

Well, basically, you would examine all the pictures around the edge of
the picture (since you know the dimensions, you can figure this out). If
they are white (or within a tolerable range), you would reduce the edge by
one pixel, and then reprocess that image (at the smaller size).
