Dear All,
Is there any way to recover a deleted worksheet from a
workbook...

No. That is why it warns you that it will be deleted permanently, first.
 
Hi Ibrahim!

Close without saving and re-open the workbook.

If that's too late for you, then you are relying upon a backup if you
have one on you computer or your network.
