I had Microsoft Wor installed in my computer but accidently deleted it. How

Install it again from your installation CD.

I frind it hard to imagine how you could accidentally delete the
application. More likely you deleted its shortcut. Locate Winword.exe and
create another shortcut to it.

If you really did delete the program, you will have to reinstall.
