Was the user account deleted from aduc, the profile folder deleted from the
client machine or roaming profile share, is this a local user account, etc.
If the profile folder was deleted, and is not in recycle bin, then unless
you were using a roaming profile not much to do. If it was roaming, then
there should be a copy of it on both the server where it was stored as well
as on the local client (by default). There is a policy that can be used to
delete locally stored copies that some admins will use.
If the account got deleted, then when you create a new user you'll have to
grant that new user permissions to use the old profile folder.
