Deleted User on my home computer (Windows XP Pro)

My computer was set up with a desktop for myself and a separate desktop for
my daughter to log on to. I just wanted my desktop to open when I got onto my
computer. I didn’t want the two separate desktops. I deleted my user account
and when I tried to delete my daughter’s account it wouldn’t let me, (said
you couldn’t delete an Admin’s acct) so then like an idiot, I changed my
daughter’s acct from Admin to Limited User. So now I’m not able to access my
desktop. I’m not able to add my account back, or even add a new account
because my daughter’s account is now set to a Limited User acct. In addition,
I’m not even able to do a system restore because my daughter’s acct. doesn’t
have the privileges to do that, or anything else for that matter. How can I
recover my account?

Use the built in and normally hidden account named 'Administrator'
Note: The default password for the built in Windows Administrator account is
normally blank (none).

For XP Pro users:
At the Welcome Screen, do/press the Ctrl-Alt-Del keys twice to display the
Windows logon box.
Type in "Administrator" (without the quotes) and 'if' you assigned a
password when you set up Windows, then enter it. (Note: by default the
password is blank, no password need be entered)

You will now have admin privileges, so first create another/new account with
Admin privileges before you do anything else.
