Deleted the Administator account

How do you get the Administrator account back! I have
only one user account and that is a guest account.
Without the Administrator I can do nothing no setup new
user accounts, can not install new programs or unistall
programs can not restore system TOTALLY STUCK HERE PLEASE
HELP.

I think you're pretty much f*cked. I'd recommend reinstalling the system
from scratch.

This is malicious advice designed to cause you woe. The Administrator
account cannot be deleted.

When you created additional accounts, the Administrator account was
hidden. In Home Edition, boot to safe mode and logon with no password.
In XP Pro, press Ctl-Alt-Del twice and logon to "Administrator" with the
password you set when you installed XP.

Once in Administrator, create another admin account and use that account
for day-to-day administration. Save Administrator for emergencies like
this one.

The advice was to re-install from scratch, not delete the administrator
account. I criticized the advice to do a clean re-install. Jason had not
deleted his administrator account. The fact that you can think of one
way to try isn't relevant.
