The main switchborad on an application was deleted by accident. Does anyone
know how to recreate it?

Import it from a backup-file?
 
If you are using the template provided by the wizard:
- Rename your Switchboard Items table to zzz (for example).
- Run the Wizard to create a SwitchBoard.
- Rename your zzz table back to SwitchBoard items.
