Deleted reg Outlook 07 cal. Have internet cal. How do I copy over

I somehow don't have my regular outlook calendar. It is now empty. But I do
have the Internet calendar with all my appointments. How do I make that
internet calendar my regular one now? (Or copy all appointments)

You can't make the Internet calendar the default one, that's left for the
Calendar folder in your default message store (PST file or Exchange
mailbox). You can copy all the appointments by using one of the list views
of the Internet calendar folder (like Active Appointments), selecting all
the items (hit Control-A), then drag/drop them on to your regular Calendar
folder
