In trying to install the 'news' command into the 'go'menu thru the customise
and catergories sub menu, I have somehow managed to delete it! Any ideas how
I can get it back? Reinstalling doesn't do it, I've tried that. At present
I am reading the newsgroups with OE but it would be more convenient to have
it in outlook. Thanks.

To get the News command back, go back to the Programs tab in Control Panel |
Internet Options and change the default newsreader to Outlook Express. If
OE prompts you to make it your default newsreader the next time you launch
it, click the "Don't ask me again" box and then click the No button.

You may need to reset the menu or toolbar using Tools, customize.

Hi,
Thanks for the suggestion, unfortunately it didn't work! 'New' is still
missing from the customised option for 'go'. I think when trying to install
it initially I reset the toolbar at the wrong time and lost itfrom the
customised option group.
