Deleted Main collection file!!!!

Hi,
I accendetly deleted the main collection file---sooo i thought that id click
on the back up file (.col) but it went into the movie maker but it said it
was the wrong file or it was corrupt--- and then i tried to import some clips
and it let me go into my c drvie and stuff but when i click on the file it
just goes back to the movie maker program and does nothing!!
I have the 1st version not the 2.1 or whatever its called
pLEASE help
 
Check your recycle bin.... maybe it's still there to recover.

The collection file needs to be in the usual working folder.... if you have
a backup you'll have to copy it to your MM1 working folder.
