Deleted form still requested on starting

I deleted a form and all of the queries and tables related to it from an
Access 2003 database. I get an error message everytime I open this database
that says the query is misspelled or refers to a form taht doesn't exist.
Why does this message keep popping up and how can I get rid of it?
