deleted files

I used edata unerase to recover files and now none of them work it says they
may be corrupt can they be fixed
 
On the Start - Run line, type: SFC /SCANNOW
Have your XP CD handy to install for reference.

Parts of the files could have been overwritten before they were recovered.
