deleted files & popups re: same

I recently ran my McAffee Virus Scan and it listed a long
list of files and items I should not have in my computer.
I therefore deleted ALL of them. Included were the files
C:\Windows\bsx5.dll and C:\Windows\bs3.dll
Now evertime I boot up two small windows pop up and tell
me that these files are missing,,,,,, I have just been
closing them and continuing but it's getting annoying.
Can I get these files anywhere and reinstall them????
