deleted exchange - now folders are gone

I deleted a Microsoft Exchange account since the server had been down for two
years - now my folders have disappeared. I have several email accounts in
Outlook 2003 that I had used with these folders. How do I restore these
folders - thanks in advance.

You need to restore the exchange account and export the contents of the
folder to a pst then delete the account. The only way to do that is by
using system restore since the server is not accessible.

That would be an XP/Vista system restore; for XP,
'Programs|Accessories|System Tools|System Restore'. You need to restore the
system to a date prior to when you removed the Exchange account.

Start menu, Programs, Accessories, System tools. Follow the instructions on
the system restore wizard - it will only take care of it if there is a
restore point from before you deleted the account. If no restore point
exists, you'll need to buy a program that converts the ost to a pst.
