Deleted email messages

Hi all,

I have deleted an email message from the deleted items folder. Unfortunately
I now need it back . Does any one know if this is possible?

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, Scotch Monster asked:
