You probably have had a new profile created. First, look in Control
Panel>Mail>Show Profiles and see if your own profile is there. If not, open
your old PST in your new profile by starting Outlook and clicking
File>Open>Outlook Data File, browsing to your old PST, selecting it, and
clicking OK. You can then make it your delivery location again with
Tools>E-mail Accounts>Next. Look at the bottom left.
