I accidentally deleted one contact from Outlook. How do I restore this
information without manually inputting it in again?

Move it back to Contacts from your Deleted Items folder?
 
Your reply was almost an hour after the original post. Wonder how long it
would have taken to manually input the contact back in? ;-)

Depends on how much data was in it and how far flung the data was culled
from. =)

And then there's all the links to Appointments, Journals, etc...
