deleted an important directory now i cannot perform printing...

i have deleted the: windows\system32\spool\

directory. i have emptied the trash can...

now i'm trying to instal a printer but it seems to be
imposible because all files are missing.

how can i extract the files back from the original disk
if i don't know what files are suposed to be in ...\spool
directory?

is there anyway to repair the damage/installing a new
printer?

do a system restore back to before, if that is possible
