Deleted Administrator user

I reloaded a users computer but then they went and deleted the local admin
account as well as the backup admin account. What should I do to get those
accounts back?

Hi,

You can't delete built-in Administrator account. You can however rename it
and create new account that has a name of "Administrator". This account can
be later deleted. If you try to delete it, you get an error like this
http://freeweb.siol.net/mpihler/admindel.jpg.

If you need more information you will have to provide more details about
your environment. Are we talking about local or domain account, Windows 2000
Server or Workstation and what was actually done on the server/workstation.
