delete using right click

I seem to have lost the delete function by right clicking
the mouse. Can anyone tell me how to get it back?

There is a way to reset the right-click/shortcut menu, but
I can't find it. One thing to note though, is if you are
editing in a cell, i.e. you have the blinking cursor, then
delete will not show up. If you have only selected the
cell, then delete is on the right-click menu.
