E Earl Feb 26, 2004 #1 I was able to filter non-blanks. Now how dow I delete those blank rows and turn off the filter?
D Don Guillett Feb 26, 2004 #2 just highlight the row numbers and right click & delete. Then data>filter>autofilter
G Gord Dibben Feb 26, 2004 #3 Earl If your non-blank rows are hidden, select to the bottom of the blank rows and Edit>Go To>Special"Visible cells only">OK Now Edit>Delete>Entire Rows. To turn off Autofilter: Data>Filter>Autofilter - click it. Alternative: Turn off Autofilter by Data>Filter>Autofilter - click it. Select your data range in a column including blank rows. Edit>Go To>Special>Blanks>OK Edit>Delete>Entire Rows. Gord Dibben Excel MVP
