delete templates with .oft ext

How do you delete a template in the user template file system with the.oft
extension?

Like you would any other file: Go to that folder in Windows Explorer, select the .oft file, then press Delete.

The Choose Form dialog, under User Templates in File System shows the default folder name. Do you have Windows Explorer's Tools | Folder Options set to show hidden and system folders?

I am on a network system without much access to tools. I will look again
under window explorer.

Maybe a good question to ask is why you are so determined to delete an ..oft file. I just ignore the ones I'm not actively using.
