Delete specific Record

I have a Control on a form that when clicked runs a Delete Query. When the
procedure is completed the records that have been deleted show the text
"#deleted#. This is removed when you exit. Is there any way you can effect
an event procedure so that the text #deleted# is removed immediately?

Thanks for that David and your quick response. Is the place for that "After
Update" event procedure or elsewhere?

That is where I would put it, but that may not be the best guide.
