Hi Grey
You can do it easily on excel with the autofilter. clikc on the first cell of the level column and the n go on : data, filter, autofilter. You will have on cell 1 of each column near the level column a filter witch allows you to choose witch condition do you want. So you take the one of the level column and click on 2. Then just select all the rows and delete them. Finally put all in the filter and you will have all the others rows

PS: Don't forget to stop the autofilter if you want to do insert-delete column

Select the entire table of data and Do Data / Filter / Autofilter. Then click on the little dropdwon arrow that you will see in the cell with 'Level' in it. Select 2 and hit OK. You will noew see just the data you wish to remove. Select all the 2s, then do Edit / Go To / Special / Visible cells only and then do Edit / Delete / Entire Row.
