delete outbox from outlook with hotmail configured

Dear Sir/Madam.
By mistake, i sent a 4 mb attachment from my hotmail account whch is
configured to Outlook. I just forgot to change the accounts and it was sent
via the Hotmail one. Now it has got stuck in my Outbox. It is neither
deleting nor moving. In fact it has now begun to interfere with the normal
sending/receiving too. It's been 4 days since with no help. I have tried all
methods - deleting it after making Outlook work Offline, changing the folders
etc. etc. but nothing is working. Please help me out in getting rid of this
mail.
