I'm getting the following error trying to open Outlook on
an exchange server: The Exchange server has detected that
you are using an old copy of your OST. Please delete your
OST file and create a new one from the server.

But there is no OST file on my hard drive. Any ideas?
thanks

Did you turn on hidden and system folders to include in your search?

It should be located in Documents and Settings\<user>\Loca
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook. I think if you delete i
and start Outlook again it will create it's own new copy.

Hey Milly, thanks a bunch! That was it. Found it right
away, deleted it and now I can open Outlook. Thanks again!
