How do you delete saved items from under recent Documents
when you save as it keeps on recent documents
how do you delete them

If you want to delete all of the items in the MRU, you can use this:

(xl2003 menu system)
tools|options|General Tab|Uncheck the Recently used file list.
Hit ok

Then change it back to number you want.
