Delete file

Hi

I had a virus gaoboot.gen, I clean my computer with
norton. and after I made the clean another time, I have
the message that there is no virus.

But i still have the error message that I have a virus
So I made a search for the files and I have the file
winhlpp32.exe I tried to delete it but I have this
message:

Cannot delete: Access is denied. Make sure the disk is
not full or write-protected and that the file is not
currently in use

How can I know is the file is in use, I have to delete
this file
 
Have you tried starting you computer in safe mode, and
then deleting the file?
