Delete Empty Controls on Report?

I have designed a report that contains names, titles and addresses, i.e.:

John Smith
Manager
1111 Street
Somewhere, TX 79666

I have some people who do not have titles so they end up with a empty space
between the name and address:

John Doe

22222 Street
Somewhere, TX 79666

Is there a way to fix this? Thanks.

Try setting the Can Shrink property of the text boxeto 'Yes'.

Set the "Can Shrink" property of the Report textbox that you want to
disappear to True.
