delete email contacts

Does anyone know how to delete a contact in Window mail or Outlook Express?
When I try I always get windows explorer shutting down. Thanks

Yes,, it does work, drag unwanted contacts to your recycle bin.... it takes
a few sec. / min. but worth it

Yes you have to go to open contacts, then Organize,then property,then click
on security and edit make sure all the boxes are checked giving you
permission then apply and that should do it. Also click advance and make sure
inheritable permission from oject parent is not chcked. If checked uncheck
and apply.

Hi I had the same problem
Just got it sorted
Go to yor contacts
move the cursor over any contact
at the top you will see a tab that says open click on the arrow next to it
and select the "choose Default Program" button then select "windows mail" if
You don't see the windows mail icon select the + button on the right side
then select windows mail it will move to the top select it and your problem
should be solved it solved mine thank you
