Delete characters

I want to be able to remove dashes from a coulmn in
excel..for example in coulmn B i have 3992393-8484-33..and
want to just show numbers no dashes..Thanks

try
=SUBSTITUTE(A1,"-","")

and if you want this value as number use:
=--SUBSTITUTE(A1,"-","")
