Now when I go to TOOLS / Email Accounts, under "Deliver new e-mail to the
following location", I see my 2 main OST files and a blank entry. How can I
get rid of the blank entry. Is there a registry location that these are
stored?

OST files? I presume you mean PST files - personal folders files.
In control panel, mail, in your profile properties, what do you see? Three
PST entries? Delete the erroneous one.

No in Control Panel / Mail it is ok, I have two profiles. But within a
profile when I open it up in Outlook and go to TOOLS / Email Accounts, under
"Deliver new e-mail to the following location", I see 2 PST files listed and
a blank entry. In my profile within outlook I also have a dead "ghost" file
I would like to get rid of. In my message "Ghost Folder in Outlook". These
dummy entries were created when I tried to add an Exchange Server to my
Profile.

I was asking what was *in* the profile that isn't working right. As in, do
you see three PST files in there? An Exchange server you don't connect to?

In control panel, mail, remove what you don't need from the profile you want
to use, or just create a new one.
