delete attachment (business card) to outgoing emails?

I have attached a business card to all outgoing emails and can not figure out
how to now delete the attachment
 
Tools->Options->Mail Format->Signatures. Highlight your signature and
select Edit. Remove the .vcf file from there.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
