delete attached files

hi,
is there any way to set outlook so that it will remove the attached file (if
present) when you move to the deleted folder. i would find this useful as it
would reduce size of pst folder. i do appreciate you can archive to reduce
size but i would also find it useful if outlook could automatically remove
and delete the attachment permently instead of storing it in the deleted
folder. i do want to keep a copy of the message and therefore only want the
attachment deleted.

Open the message, rightclick the attachment and choose Remove. Now save and
close the message.
