Delete and down arrow keys not working

Hello,
I am having a bit of a problem and I do noy know if it is
a windows related problem or if it is a Dell Hardware
problem. For some reason my delete and down arrow keys
sometimes don't work. The problem comes and goes. One
startup all keys work fine then the next those 2 keys
don't. Is there a way to check the hardware? Has anyone
experiances this? The rest of the keys work fine. Any
halp would be appreciated.

start with the troubleshoot inside the keyboard options
in control panel.
