Delete and Bloat

I have a temporary table that has records that I need for a short time.
I'd like to know if I delete them after I use them will it cause
bloating? Or should I wait untill the end of the day to Delete and Compile.

Using temporary tables period is going to cause bloating.

Consider using a temporary database for your temporary tables.
