Greetings --
It's not a particularly good idea, but simply log in as
Administrator, right-click My Computer > Manage > Local Users and
Groups > Users, and delete the accounts that you don't want. The
built-in Administrator and Guest accounts cannot be deleted, of
course. Also, be aware that deleting a user account also
irretrievably deletes the associated user profile and any data files
therein.
