delete a email in outbox of outlook -that has been sent

I have a outgoing email that is too large to send, however, it has already
started the prossess to send. I am unable to delete this email. I have
"gone back" on my PC to a earlier day, I have closed outlook from the task
manager. What do I need to do in order to delete this email message that is
way too large? Thanks Marti

Marti,
Close outlook, try turning off your internet connection and then restart
outlook. Try deleting email now.
If that does not work, try creating a new profile from Control Panel -
remove old accounts and then replace them back, and click close. (save your
settings, they will need to be recreated)

Hi Karen;

I had also closed down my pc and started it up and that was not the answer.
I went to the control pannel and did not see outlook as a program to change
or delete. So how do I create a new profile with out losing all my contacts?
