Delegation of Control

I want to limit what one user can do in the Active
Directory. If I use the "delegation of control" wizard on
this user does this mean that this user is the sole
person able to do this function? Do you see what I am
saying? Id dont want to affect anyones elses abilities to
be able to do the same thing. Thanks in advance.

It just adds permission in the ACL of the proper item, it does not remove.
Also, be aware there is no "un-delegate control"; you have to edit the ACL's
directly.
