delegation control

as I know we can grant the administation right by using the delegation
wizard for OU,domain,site. Alternatly, we can use the GPO to apply
more complete functionanities.
My question is:
if there is anyway or tools to find out what is the delegation right
has been assigned for a particular OU, domain or site.

When you delegate control of an OU it modifies the security access control
list of the OU. In order to view what permissions have been delegated you
will need to look at the advanced permissions of the OU.
