Delegating Rights

Hello all,

I've been having a play in a test OU delegating rights to our HR department,
but having no joy getting the levels of access I need. If anyone can help,
I need to delegate write access only to the following user proerties tabs -

General
Address
Telephone
Organisation

As I mention, I've had a good play with this but cannot get it to only allow
write access to those tabs.

Sorted, in case anyone else needs to know the rights needed for below.

Set to:

Phone and mail options R/W
Personal Information R/W
Public Information R/W
Write Logon Name DENY
Write Logon Name (Pre Windows 2000) DENY
