Delegates NOT listed On Behalf Of

As a delegate to an account that should remain anonymous, I would like
to be able to compose emails without revealing my identity. This may
be a useful feature for tracking who sent what email internally, but
there's too large a volume of emails going out that a user may have a
preference to remain anonymous when writing. Is there something that
can be done besides NOT utilizing the FROM field (delegate is listed
On Behalf Of).

You would use the From field *after* the Exchange administrator grants you Send As permission of the accounts you want to send on behalf of.
