Delegates and Private Mail

Is there any way to mark mail as private so that the only person that can
read it is the actual receipent, and not anyone with Read permissions access?
Or if someone has permission to my inbox, can they read everything that
comes in?

No, just don't assign permissions to that person or place the mail in a
folder the delegate doesn't have access to?
