Delegate Tab doesn't appear!

HI to all,

I've a strange problem with a user who has installed Outlook 2003.

I'm trying to give delegate of his mailbox to aother user, but in OL
the delegate tab doesn't exist!

Could someone help me.

I've found the problem, the add-in is not install, but if I try to
install it OL doesn't install it...

Any suggest?

Does the user's mail profile include an Exchange account?
